At Elevate GCC we are proud to sell some of the world’s best products, but even the best of the best occasionally have a problem. Our promise to you is that will get you going as quickly as possible with the minimum of hassle.

 

How long is the Warranty Period?

The normal warranty period is 12 months and covers you against any manufacturing faults or defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase in addition to your statutory rights. If there is any failure during the warranty period we will replace or repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, we will replace with an equivalent item of same or greater value.

 

Extended Elevate GCC Warranty
For some items we offer our extended warranty at no extra cost. For these items we extend the normal warranty period from 12 to 24 months. This is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us.
